An EU Artificial Intelligence Act for Fundamental Rights: the civil society perspective

In November 2021, over 120 civil society organisations signed a list of recommendations to increase protections for fundamental rights in the EU’s AI Act. 

This presentation will provide an overview of these demands, including an update on how they have (or haven’t) been taken up in the most recent compromise texts and reports.
